Photography Project week 3 - "Autumn Macarons"
Color was my main inspiration for these photos.
I was inspired by the warm, earthy tones of these cookies. I had done a similar project last year with fun, bright summer colored macarons.
I wanted to see the contrast of how the more subtle, muted, fall colors of these cookies would influence the mood and style of these photos compared to the vibrant energy of the summer macarons.
Next to summer, autumn is one of my favorite seasons. When I saw these cookies, they reminded me of the beautiful colors of fall leaves and gave me a feeling of transitioning into winter and staying warm while the colder weather sets in.
So naturally, I enjoyed some of these cookies cozied up inside with a great cup of coffee!
